Works

I decided to reschedule the meet and greet planned on the 21st and 22nd April 2017, at Sonny’s BBQ, for later this year. So many individuals are interested but unable to attend due to a very busy schedule. Maybe this fall will be a suitable time for a meet and greet. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact at petcat2006@yahoo.com.

Updates 11th March 2017

I have been ill and in the Hospital three separate times during December, January, and February. I have been unable to work on any of my projects, as far as on site Paranormal Investigation, Library research and face to face interviews. I thank the owners of both project locations for being so understanding. I always like to keep my word and I feel like I am several months behind schedule. Because I am being closely monitor by local Doctor’s, I am unable to leave town for my project in St. Mary, GA until August and or September 2017. I have already started my back ground and or base readings for the project in Apalachicola, FL. If anyone has any questions, any suggestions, and or if anyone has any ideals for a location for a future book concerning a Victorian home or business, that was built between 1880 to 1920, please see my contact information below.

I am planning a meet and greet concerning myself, Keith O. Evans, the author, who is unpublished, but would like to meet with like-minded people who enjoy the preservation of Victorian homes and buildings. Also, the preservation of the antiques connected with the Victorian structures and the history behind the Victorian structures and their antiques. In addition to the preservation and history, I will bring all my Paranormal Investigation equipment to demonstrate how I conduct a scientific Paranormal Investigation, but I will not be leading any Paranormal Investigations during the three-hour time limit of the meet and greets at the Sonny’s BBQ. I will not be able to go into detail concerning the books that I am working on until I have published these books via a tradition publisher. I want the content of the future books to be a surprise. I am happy to listen to all and any unexplained experiences that anyone has had. You may share your experiences with the group and or share these experiences in private. I hold all experiences told to me as confident and only write about my own unexplained experience’s and my on-site Paranormal Investigations.

I would need 15 to 20 individuals who are interest in purchasing a meal at Sonny’s BBQ Local Pitmasters Since 1968, located at 532 N. Tyndall Parkway, Panacma City, FL 32404 and be present for the meet and greet between 6 PM to 9 PM, on either Friday 21st April 2017 or Saturday, 22nd April 2017, for me to be able to reserve the back private room at this Sonny’s BBQ. Friday and or Saturday would be a night that most people would be available to attend. Please feel free give any suggestions, any feed-back and or dates that fit your schedule. I hope this schedule at Sonny’s BBQ located at 532 N. Tyndall Parkway, Panama City, FL 32404, will give anyone traveling from out of town, the time to make plans to attend the meet and greet.

I am willing to have more than one date concerning a meet and greet at Sonny's BBQ and or at any other location that is suggested. I enjoy eating a Sonny’s BBQ because their food is delicious. If I only have a small group on certain nights, perhaps we can use the regular table space, without the need to obtain and or reserve the private back room. I feel that an author should be available to their futures readings and build a trust, open a dialog and attempt to help the living as much as I try to help and or listen to the Ghost and Spirits I may meet. I enjoy the opportunity to meet and greet with you. Everyone is welcomed and please remember Ghost and or Spirits are People too.

The Mel Meter is on the viewer's right. The cell phone is in the center. The Ovilus IV is on the observer's left.

During this Paranormal Investigation a Spirit is telling Jess Pinkie to be quiet. Does anyone know a Jess Pinkie? My research thus far has failed to produce a person by the named of Jess Pinkie. Also, please notice that the Mel Meter is showing a 0.3 mG reading for the electrical field.

The Mel Meter is on the viewer's right. The cell phone is in the center. The Ovilus IV is on the observer's left.

This Paranormal Investigation was fun. A Spirit invited me to a Lunch Party. As long as the Spirit is paying for the Lunch Party, I am all for this event. The Mel Meter reading for the electrical field is 0.1 mG.

The Mel Meter is on the viewer's left. The cell phone is in the center. The Ovilus IV is on the observer's right.

This Paranormal Investigation was interesting. A Spirit was putting me to work. This Spirit was asking me if I could watch the Bridge. The Mel Meter is showing a spike for the electrical field, denoting 0.5 mG.

The Mel Meter is on the viewer's left. The cell phone is in the center. The Ovilus IV is on the observer's right.

During this Paranormal Investigation a Spirit was stating that they are shaking, cold, and want a coat.

The Mel Meter is on the viewer's left. The cell phone is in the center. The Ovilus IV is on the observer's right.

During this Paranormal Investigation a Spirit is telling me or another Spirit, "here is some attitude."

The Mel Meter is on the viewer's left. The cell phone is in the center. The Ovilus IV is on the observer's right.

During this Paranormal Investigation a spirit is asking Dan if he is eating dinner. I always use two pieces of equipment during all of my Paranormal Investigations, the Mel Meter and the Ovilus IV. The Mel Meter measures temperature and electro-magnetic fields. Cold spots is a possible indication of the presence of a Ghost or a Spirit. The increase or spike in the electro-magnetic field or electrical field is a possible indication that a Ghost or Spirit is present. The Ovilus IV allows a Ghost or Spirit to use their energy to chose words from the Ovilus IV's internal Data Base.

Paranormal Investigations

I explore the Paranormal using Scientific Methods and technological equipment. I always investigate alone. I show the ghosts or spirits that I communicate with respect. I value the history that is written in books, news papers and other items concerning the history surrounding the Victorian homes, buildings and the antiques connected with each home that I investigate. I value the preservation of antiques, and the historical Victorian homes and buildings. Without the history a Ghost or Spirit may be lost, if you believe in the Stone Tape Theory.

The Stone Tape Theory states that a memory in the form of sound and or imagines may be stored in the environment in stone and or wood and then when the conditions are right these sounds and or imagines may be played back and seen by anyone close by. It is believed that these sounds and imagines are unintelligent paranormal activity. My understanding of the Stone Tape Theory is that anyone who has lived in a house for 20 years or longer, has developed a physical connection and love for this house. So, the ghost or spirit may travel back and forth between heaven and the house in which they love and cared for during their live time. I believe that the physical house, the hard wood floors, the horizontal wall boards, and the tough and groove ceiling boards help the ghost or spirit maintain the connection with the home that they loved. This gives the Ghosts and or Spirits the ability to travel from Heaven to the house which they loved during their life time. The Ghost and or Spirit now becomes a Guardian Angle to this home, and the presence residences.
